Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients

- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cornmeal
|
- 1/2 quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
|
Directions

Mix egg, oil, cornmeal and oats. Let sit for 15 minutes.
Mix flour, soda, and baking powder. Add to egg mixture.
Cook on hot, lightly greased griddle.
