Mock Pecan Pie
Ingredients

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
|
- 2/3 cup quick oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
|
Directions

|
Mix first five ingredients. Put in unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter.
Bake 30-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
