Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Chill.
In large mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy; mix in flour, oats, and walnuts until thoroughly blended.
Oil a round pizza pan, press dough onto pan making a rim of dough around the edge. Prick with fork.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Spread chilled filling onto crust and top with your choice of fruit. Chill.
Serve!
