Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients:

- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups blueberries, fresh (or frozen, thawed)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except blueberries. Blend with a pastry blender. Press two-thirds of mixture in greased 9 in. by 13 in baking pan. Top with berries. Cover with the remaining oat mixture.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve warm with ice cream.
